How does it work:

- in case of monitored object/service anomaly detection, an alarm is sent  to our SOC (email, sms, ...)

- our authorized technician activate the control procedure to check what is happening

- if necessary, our technician contact your personnel giving information about the re-establishment of the proper
  functionality of the monitored object/service
